Second skin

Hello friend, 

this is my contribution to the Sci-Fi One-Shot Jam 2025, a system-agnostic adventure about the need and costs of adaptation.  

It’s meant for narrative systems, especially those with sanity, corruption, or body horror mechanics, but can be adapted to ever other framework. Expect invasive biotech, digital schizophrenia, identity erosion, and decisions that redefine what it means to be human.

In the drowned underbelly of Neo-London, humans are obsolete and implants are the only way to espcape. You couldn't afford the upgrade, until someone offered you a chep, but illegal one.

Now, something inside you is changing, memories bleed and muscles twitch before thought. What's happening?
